Lagos Space Programme is a conceptual non binary design label founded by Adeju Thompson. The acknowledgment of cultural and traditional techniques reinterpreted in modern contexts are at the core of his ethos, proposing new ways to understand beauty, as well as sustainability reducing inequalities amongst communities, fair pay, local sourcing, responsible production and consumption. He is awarded by International Woolmark Prize 2023, after some sculptural objects and garments have also been collected into museums and institutions and a semi-finalist position at LVMH Prize.
